At GANGSTERSHIT., every product is exclusively crafted and printed on demand the moment you place an order. We partner with top-tier fulfillment facilities to ensure your apparel reaches you fast and in perfect condition.
1. Processing & Dispatch Times

Standard Processing: It takes 2 to 3 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order.

Note: Processing times do not include Sundays or standard Indian public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines Once your order leaves our facility, it is handed over to premium courier partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees, etc.).

Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days for most pin codes across India.

Remote Locations: For certain unserviceable pin codes, delivery may take up to 15 working days via standard postal services.
3. Shipping & Handling Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE PREMIUM SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER ₹1499. NO BULLSHIT.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A standard, non-refundable COD handling fee (₹40–₹50) is applied at checkout to cover courier cash-handling charges.
4. Tracking Your Drop Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email and SMS containing your tracking number and courier details. You can track your package's exact journey directly through the links provided.
5. Failed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)

Address Changes: You can request a shipping address change within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order enters the printing phase, no changes can be made.

RTO Policy: If a package is returned to our warehouse because the customer provided an incomplete/incorrect address, the pincode became unserviceable, or the customer refused/was unavailable to accept delivery, no refunds will be processed.

Re-Shipping: If you wish to have an RTO package re-shipped to you, you will be responsible for paying the additional re-shipping charges. Repeated COD refusals will result in a permanent ban from using the COD payment method on future drops.
